Welcome to Avaraniya. We value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product delivered is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.

The item is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

An unboxing video and clear images of the product are required as proof for damaged or wrong product claims.
For hygiene and quality reasons, products that show signs of use, washing, perfume, makeup stains, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or altered products

Products returned without original tags or packaging

Minor color differences due to lighting or screen resolution

Size issues if the size ordered matches the size selected by the customer
3. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for:

Wrong product received

Defective or damaged product

Size exchange (subject to stock availability)
Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery for exchange requests.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation from the customer.
If the return request is rejected after quality inspection, the product will be shipped back to the customer.
5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return shipping charges will be borne by Avaraniya.

For other approved returns or exchanges, customers may be required to bear shipping charges.
6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
