Shipping Policy

At Avaraniya, we take great care in delivering your products to you as swiftly and safely as possible. Every outfit you order is lovingly packed and shipped with attention to detail so it reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • During festive seasons or sales, processing time may extend slightly due to high order volume.

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp to monitor your delivery.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 3–4 business days

  • Other Locations: 5-7 business days

  • Rural/remote areas may take a little longer depending on courier accessibility.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen courier or weather delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1599

  • For orders below ₹1599, a small shipping charge of ₹80 is applied.

  • COD Orders may carry an additional ₹50 cash handling charge (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a unique tracking number via email/SMS.
You can track your parcel anytime using that link or by contacting our support team with your Order ID.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery two times.
If the customer is unavailable, the package will be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply for resending the parcel.

6. International Shipping

Currently, Avaraniya ships only within India.
For future updates on international delivery, please follow our Instagram or website announcements.

7. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we ensure timely dispatch, sometimes courier delays may occur.
If your package seems delayed, please contact our support team within 7 days of dispatch for assistance.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
