Cancellation Policy

At Avaraniya, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may wish to cancel your order, and we’ve made the process simple and transparent.


1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been packed or shipped.

  • Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us at avaraniyafashion@gmail.com with your Order ID.


2. Orders Already Shipped

  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • You may choose to refuse delivery at the time of arrival, but please note that repeated order refusals may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Prepaid orders once shipped cannot be refunded or cancelled.


3. Refunds for Prepaid Orders

  • Approved cancellations (before dispatch) will receive a store credit or coupon code of the same value within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will not be issued for orders that are already packed or dispatched.


4. Sale or Discounted Products

  • Orders placed during Sale, Offer, or Clearance events are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
