Exchange Policy

At Avaraniya, we want every customer to have a perfect shopping experience.
If you’ve received a wrong size or wish to exchange your product, we’re happy to assist you.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and all tags & packaging must be intact.

  • The product must be in its original condition.

  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items purchased during Sale, Offer, or Clearance events.

  • Accessories or products marked as Final Sale.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, perfume, or alteration.

3. Exchange Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via avaraniyafashion@gmail.com or WhatsApp with your Order ID.

  2. Our team will review your request and share pickup or return instructions.

  3. After receiving the product and inspection, your new item will be shipped.

If your requested size or product is unavailable, you’ll receive a store credit or coupon code of equal value.

4. Exchange Shipping Charges

  • Standard pickup and reshipping charges may apply for exchanges.

  • If you received a wrong or damaged product, the exchange will be processed free of cost.

  • ⚠️ Important: In case of a wrong or damaged product, the customer must share a clear unboxing video from start to end as proof.
    Without the video, exchange or replacement will not be approved.

5. Damaged / Wrong Product Policy

If you believe you’ve received a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share unboxing video + photos clearly showing the issue.

  • Once verified, our team will arrange a replacement or provide store credit.

6. Store Credit Option

If an exact replacement is not available, we’ll issue store credit that can be used anytime for future purchases at www.avaraniya.com.
